It is mandatory for all candidate to submit the application form in the office & receive the roll number before the entrance test.
The candidates can apply only for 4th to 11th classes in session 2019 . Therefore , the candidates must fill the applications Form , attach 3 passport size photos and submit it by 25-03-2019 positively.
